We are pleased to announce that the SoonerTrack system is now live and ready for use! The Office of Research Administration will be
transitioning from paper routing forms to SoonerTrack over the course of the next month and a half. Beginning on April 15th, paper
routing forms will no longer be accepted.
The training sessions offered below are for all OUHSC employees that will utilize the SoonerTrack system for Agreement and Grant proposal
routing to the Office of Research Administration. This includes principal investigators, business managers, research coordinators, and support staff.
To attend a session, we kindly ask that you RSVP to the SoonerTrackHelpDesk@ouhsc.edu. While you are not required to RSVP, we cannot guarantee adequate seating or materials if you fail to do so. Thanks for your understanding!
